Even in 2026, we’re still seeing overwhelmingly male power structures across lineups, festival teams, production crews, agency rosters and the wider music industry 🎛️ WIP exists to challenge that system by making women, non-binary and gender-non-conforming DJs, producers, designers, engineers, crew, bookers and creative leaders impossible to overlook 🌍 Real change is systemic, and it comes not only from the names on the poster, but from the people shaping what happens behind the scenes and at the decision-making level too ✨ This platform exists to create visibility across the full ecosystem of music culture 🎧
